About Bethany Nolan

A ninth generation Texan and seventh generation Upshur County native, Bethany Nolan is a proud East Texan! Bethany graduated with a Bachelor of Science in agricultural communications and journalism from Texas A&M University in 2014 with an event planning certification and a minor in horticulture. She then went on to obtain a Master of Science in agricultural communications from Texas Tech University in 2015.

After graduation, Bethany went on to work for a Global Communications Firm focusing on the food, agriculture and beverage sector with an emphasis on social media and digital communications. Bethany now focuses working with clientele on digital communications, strategic communications and event planning and is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Murray Real Estate Services in Longview, Texas.

Bethany received her Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS (NAR). To receive this honor, Bethany was required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience. Bethany has also received her Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) designation by the Luxury Home Council (LHC).
